“An alfredo chicken parm that won over this self-proclaimed non-tomato guy.”
Louie's in Raymond does a chicken parm over alfredo instead of tomato sauce, which is a win for a not-a-tomato guy like me. The cutlet has a thick, salty breading with a nice crisp and pairs well with the alfredo noodles. Solid plate all around.
