Moe's is a NH food culture staple, and I hit the Exeter location for the original Italian with spicy oil, salami, provolone, and all the fixings. The ingredients are super fresh, the onions are cut nice and thin, and that Italian bread is always soft. Just don't expect lettuce — they don't have it. Gave it an 8.1 out of 10.
