“Viral gas station pickle pizza that actually delivers with fresh, quality ingredients.”
First time trying the viral Pizza Lisa in Windham, and the gas-station pickle pizza is the real deal: fresh pickles with a snap, fantastic dough, a crispy crust and high-quality cheese. I went half OG Big Dill, half Spicy Big Dill, and the homemade pickled jalapeños on the spicy side edged out the OG. The pickle bombs were crispy outside, creamy inside, a little salty but they work. The hush puppies with maple sriracha aioli were a bit sweet for me (I'm a savory guy) but still very good. Quality ingredients and creativity across the board.
