Me and Uncle Dave grabbed a massive spread at Smoke on the Water and nearly everything hit. The brisket had great bark and was super moist, the jalapeno cheddar sausage had killer snap and creamy cheese, and the burnt ends melted in your mouth. Sides were mostly solid, though the potato salad had a weird dry flavor I wasn't crazy about. Really good barbecue overall, definitely worth a shot.
