“Old-school '50s diner vibes and solid potato skins, but the BBQ mac wasn't it.”
Checked out the Airport Diner in Manchester for the first time and the old-school diner vibes are strong. The potato skins were classic and solid, loaded with bacon and cheese. The BBQ pulled pork mac & cheese just wasn't for me though — heavy on the barbecue, not cheesy enough, and the sauce wasn't hitting. Still a great date night and we'd come back.
