Taqueria Y Pupuseria To Go

First time trying pupusas, at this little to-go spot right on Valley Street in Manchester. They come the traditional way with curtido slaw and a seriously hot salsa. The flavor is incredible: super cheesy and savory, a little chewy on the outside with crispy bits of cheese, and the slaw cuts right through the richness. Flavor-wise they'd rank a lot higher, but they're a sloppy mess that falls apart into a million pieces. Still worth the trip. Just bring a fork.
