“Killer guac and a Big Mac-in-a-taco make Barrio a Portsmouth must-hit.”
Barrio in Portsmouth lived up to the hype for me. The chips and salsa were solid with fresh ingredients, but the guac was some of the best I've ever had. The smash burger taco was the star at 8.3 — basically a Big Mac in taco form, meaty and crunchy with pickles and burger sauce — while the crunchy chipotle chicken taco landed a respectable 7.7.
