“A nice-but-family-friendly Italian night out, led by perfectly cooked calamari.”
Christine from The Beauty Company in Stratham invited us out to Cafe Med in downtown Portsmouth, and I'm a sucker for Italian. The fresh bread with herb and chili-flake oil was fantastic. The calamari was cooked perfectly, not rubbery, with fried hot peppers that added a nice kick, and even Little Ryan ate it. Pam's pumpkin ravioli special surprised me, and my classic carbonara was creamy and savory with peas that had good pop. A fantastic night out.
