“The Gio breakfast sandwich is fire — sweet chili honey, jalapeño heat, scorching hot.”
Brew in Brentwood has been around since 2019 and you can tell the chef takes pride in his work. The Gio stacks two eggs, bacon, chili honey, and pepper jack on a jalapeño bagel, and all the flavors mesh perfectly — sweet honey with a little kick and a fresh, chewy bagel. Served scorching hot, it earned a 9.1 out of 10.
