Stopped by The Blue Cafe in Kennebunk hunting for the best breakfast sandwich, and their bacon, egg, and cheese on house-made focaccia delivered. The bread was crazy soft and loaded with herbs and seasoning, the eggs were cooked in a waffle maker for extra fluff, and that garlic aioli made the whole thing. The little guy crushed one of their homemade everything bagels too.
