This NH/MA food truck run by two brothers is putting out elite wings, smoked then flash-fried, and Ryan couldn't stop raving. The wet habanero jerk hit a massive 9.4 — possibly the highest score he's ever given — while the peanut butter and jelly wings and that smoked shell mac and cheese (a 9.2!) were right behind. Cucumber salad and smoked beans both landed in the mid-8s. Chase this truck down.
