Burrito Loco

Burrito Loco in Epping does a solid crispy-shell street taco loaded with jalapenos, cheese, and lettuce. The steak is the star here - seasoned beautifully and stewed to an extreme tenderness, none of that tough, chewy Chipotle situation. That one landed at a 7.9 out of 10. Went back for the Tierra y Mar, which is basically surf and turf: steak, chicken, and shrimp over rice and beans with jalapenos and cheese on top. The steak held up as always - probably a skirt steak judging by the grain, always fantastic - though the chicken was seasoned well but a little dry, and they forgot the tortillas. Honest mistake, and there were plenty of tortilla chips to work with. 7.7 on that one.
