The fried scallops from The Beach Plum in Epping run $27.99 and come bite-size and tasty, though Ryan dips them in butter over tartar. He swapped fries for the onion rings, which nail that thin, flaky batter he loves. Fantastic seafood he's never let down by — just don't get the lobster roll here.
