“New Epping spot serving the best birria beef Ryan's ever had.”
Frida's is a new Mexican restaurant in Epping, NH, and it's off to a strong start. The guac tastes super fresh (8.5) and the shredded beef taquitos have plenty of stewed-for-hours flavor (7.9). But the birria tacos steal the show with incredibly smoky meat — Ryan's only note is he'd crisp the tortillas up on the grill a little longer.
