“A fantastic hibachi experience with tender filet and killer scallop sauce.”
Kume Hibachi Steakhouse in Epping delivered the full show — fire and all — starting with a salad with incredible dressing and classic miso soup. The fried rice was salty and crispy off the grill, the spicy sriracha noodles brought serious heat, and the medium rare filet was so tender. The shrimp were succulent and those scallops with that sauce were unbeatable, earning a solid 8.7 out of 10.
