“A classic, packed local spot that's solid but never quite blows Ryan away.”
Telly's is a famous local Epping spot Ryan's hit many times, though he admits he's never been fully blown away. The tortellini carbonara got a 7.8 — creamy alfredo with big tortellinis, bacon flavor coming through, and peas that pop for texture, even a bit clumpy from takeout. The beer-batter onion rings landed a 7.5, crispy but not his style. Parking's so tight he had to use the gas station next door.
