“Fluffy, light mini pancakes done up sweet — a fair-food win.”
Caught the What the Flip mini pancakes truck at the Deerfield Fair and grabbed the cookies and cream plus the chocolate covered strawberries. The pancakes are nice and light, fluffy and airy — not heavy at all — and loaded up sweet with Oreo dust and whipped cream or melty chocolate and fresh fruit. I'm not the biggest sweets guy but these were absolutely delicious, and Spencer and the crew running it were great people.
📍 Food truck that travels around southern NH and the Seacoast. I caught them at the Deerfield Fair, so that's where the pin is.
