“My first Cincinnati chili: a four-way over spaghetti that won me over. Pretty darn good.”
Road trip! When you're in Cincinnati you have to try the chili, so we went to Blue Ash Chili. The ways threw me: a three-way is spaghetti, chili and cheese, and I got the four-way with onions. Chili over spaghetti sounded insane to me, but it works. The chili has a nice little spice to it, the fresh-grated cold cheese melting on top really makes it, and the fresh diced onion adds crunch. Hit it with some hot sauce. Those milkshakes looked wild too. Shout out Cincy.
📍 Road trip. This one's in the Cincinnati suburbs, not New England.
