“Killer vodka-sauce pie, insane tenders, and crab goon balls that all crush it.”
Late to the party but Dead Proof at the old Clam Haven in Derry is making incredible food across the board. The Drama Queen pie with house vodka sauce, cut pepperoni, whipped herb ricotta and hot honey landed at 8.5, while the chicken tenders and that horseradish-kicked bandit ranch hit 8.8. Came back for the fried crab goon balls (crispy outside, creamy inside, 8.8) and the Nines fries too. Real deal spot.
