Destino's in Gloucester is one of Ryan's favorite sub spots, and he even prefers it over the much-talked-about Virgilio's nearby. He grabbed a Junior Italian cold cut sub for $12.57 — soft pillowy bread, rich cold cuts, and hot pepper relish plus pickles cutting through with acidity. Just remember to hold the tomatoes if you're not a tomato guy.
