“Handmade hot Italian sausage bursting with flavor and a killer Dijon aioli.”
Teenie Weenies is a Concord, NH food truck I caught at the Kittery Food Truck Festival, and being biased to NH I had to give them a shot. The hot Italian sausage was bursting with seasoning and fennel, a little kick but not too spicy, almost reminiscent of a lamb base. The Dijon aioli was acidic and cut through the richness, and they use good quality bread too.
